Refund Policy

Kingbooks We, at Kingbooks offer a bunch of services that customers can purchase. We do our best to make sure that our customers are satisfied with the services provided. If in case, they are not satisfied with our services, then the following is our refund policy, please read it carefully before purchasing our services or products. Please note, there is no refund on services such as Accounting, Bookkeeping, Auditing and Tax Preparation.

Refund Policy :

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Requesting a Refund:

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order with your Customer ID and details of the issue.

Processing Refunds:

Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 5 business days. Accounting, Bookkeeping, Auditing and Tax Preparation. are non-refundable. Clients will be notified once the refund is initiated. After 30 days, you can also request for the refund to be processed as a Service Credit- which can be used for any other future service.

Eligible Refunds:

Refunds are available for defective, inaccurate, or incorrect products, or services not delivered as promised.

Refund can be provided only in the following process:

Refund Procedure:

• The refund should/must be requested within Thirty (30) days from the date of purchase; sent via email to billing@kingbooks.us It should contain an order reference number along with one reason why the refund has been requested. Once refund is raised, you should expect an email from billing@kingbooks.us.


• Once the refund is approved, it might take us up to two (2) business days to process it. You will get the money returned by the same method used for purchase.


• Once everything is done, it can take up to 5 Business days for the money to be credited back in to your bank account.

Note :

• Refunds for accounting consultation fees, or any other consultation services, will not be issued as the client has already received the service.
• Refunds are not provided for services such as Accounting, Bookkeeping, Auditing, and Tax Preparation.

Charges incurred for visits are not eligible for a refund.
